David Herberich

David Herberich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David most recently worked as the VP of Data & Analytics at DriveWealth starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held several roles at Branch from 2020 to 2022, including VP of Data Products and Head of Behavioral & Data Sciences. At Marqeta, Inc, David served as the VP of Product Management: Risk & Data Science from 2019 to 2020, and as VP of Analytics & Data Science from 2015 to 2019. David also worked as the Sr. Director of Product Management and Data Science at BeyondCore from 2014 to 2015. In addition, David was a Board Member at Bankers from 2001 to 2015. David has also held positions at Sears Holdings Corporation as the Director of EModeling, Pricing & Strategy from 2011 to 2014, and as Manager of Pricing & Strategy in 2011. David began their career as the Associate Director of UC Experiments at the Becker Center on Price Theory, Booth School of Business, University of Chicago from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a Compliance Analyst/Staff Accountant at Bain Capital from 2001 to 2003.

David Herberich obtained a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland, from 2003 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Quantitative Economics at Tufts University, from 1997 to 2001.
