As the Chief Client Officer, Margaret is dedicated to providing DriveWealth clients with best-in-class service. She has over 13 years of experience leading client experience and operations teams in both the start-up space and on Wall Street.

Most recently, Margaret was the Director of Strategy and Operations at Ellevest where she established operational excellence measures across the company’s multiple platforms. While at Ellevest, Margaret established the infrastructure and workflow for the digital client experience teams, private wealth management practice, and led the launch of the firm’s membership services.

Previously, Margaret was the Manager of Service and Growth at Moven where she helped grow and scale the D2C business for the challenger bank. Prior to Moven, Margaret was a VP of Operations at Goldman Sachs where she managed confirmations, settlements, and exception management teams in New York and India, spearheading change management initiatives resulting from regulatory reform.

Margaret holds an M.Ed. in English Education and a B.A. in English from Rutgers College.
