Venkat Vadlamudi

Venkat Vadlamudi has extensive experience in data engineering and analytics, as well as solution architecture. Venkat has held leadership roles in various companies, including DriveWealth, Amazon, ADT, Johnson Controls, LexisNexis, Alorica, Kaba Benzing America Inc, I.T. Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Infosys, and Voltas Limited.

At DriveWealth, Venkat served as the Head of Data Engineering and Analytics and Lead Architect. Venkat established the strategic vision for the data and analytics organization, organized and grew the team, and identified strategic tools for data engineering and governance.

During their time at Amazon, Venkat was the Data Engineering and Analytics Leader in Operations Technology IT. Venkat led the data engineering team, worked on data architecture and ETL/ELT architecture, and collaborated with ML, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering teams on technical initiatives.

At ADT, Venkat held the role of Data Engineering and Analytics Leader and Solution Architect. Venkat led the architecture and implementation of data lake on AWS/Google Cloud platforms, managed project delivery and architecture, and had responsibilities in solution architecture for AWS and Google Cloud Platforms.

In their role at Johnson Controls, Venkat was a Data Engineering and Analytics Leader and Solution Architect. Venkat led the architecture and design for applications and business transformation, and was responsible for Data Integration, Business Intelligence, and Performance Management Solutions.

At LexisNexis, Venkat served as a Data Engineering Leader, focusing on requirements analysis, project planning, and development of ETL for large data warehouses.

During their tenure at Alorica, Venkat was a Technical Lead, overseeing technical architecture for ETL and CRM products and managing technical teams for call center applications and analytics.

Venkat also worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Kaba Benzing America Inc, where they designed and developed data integration products, and at I.T. Solutions India Pvt Ltd as a Lead Software Engineer. Venkat started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they designed and developed enhancements for banking automation software products.

Venkat also briefly worked as a Management Consultant at Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise.

Throughout their career, Venkat has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in data engineering, solution architecture, and project management.

Venkat Vadlamudi holds an MBA degree from the Florida International University - College of Business, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Venkat also earned a Bachelor's of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education from 6th to 12th grade at Sainik School Korukonda - SSK from 1983 to 1990. In terms of certifications, Venkat hold certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Venkat also possesses certifications in Business Intelligence from TDWI and Informatica, as well as an Oracle Certification.
