Navjot Kaur has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with FJB Hotels as an HR Assistant at The Haven Hotel. In this role, they were responsible for preparing offer letters and other documentation for new starters, maintaining online records of employee shifts, and completing reference requests. In 2007, Navjot moved to Tate, where they were the Training Coordinator and HR Administrator for Tate Catering. In this role, they deployed the Training Strategy, handled the administration operations pertaining to both HR and Training, and developed and advertised the Training Calendar. From 2008 to 2013, Navjot worked for NHS England as an HR Officer for East London NHS Foundation Trust, where they delivered an efficient HR advisory service and kept accurate profiles for new starters on ESR. In 2013, they moved to Epoch Elder Care as an Assistant Sales Manager, where they organized and attended client meetings, participated in site visits, and closed the sale. From 2014 to 2017, Navjot worked for Cvent as a Senior Sales Associate, where they promoted brand awareness and global growth for Cvent’s cloud solution, liaised with venue partners, and drove escalated responses to proposal requests. In 2017, they moved to Adobe as a Customer Success Account Manager, where they facilitated optimum adoption of Adobe’s Creative Cloud solution, increased the company footprint, and drove incremental revenue. Finally, in 2019, Navjot moved to Drivewyze as a Customer Success Manager.

Navjot Kaur's education history includes a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2007. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oxford Brookes University between 2002 and 2005. In addition, they hold a Graduate Member certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK, obtained in 2007, and Student Reps certification from the Students' Union Bournemouth University, obtained in 2006. Navjot also holds Certificates of Appreciation and Special Effort from Help Care Society (Regd.) and Help Age India (Regd.) respectively, obtained in 1994 and 1995.
