Samira Firouzfar

Samira joined DDC in September 2022 and is responsible for leading the organization’s Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Environmental Management systems. She brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in varied industries, including engineering, manufacturing, automotive and corporate services. She is a trusted HR leader with demonstrated success in team leadership, developing and implementing HR best practices, improving employee engagement, and delivering meaningful business results with excellence through data-driven analysis and continuous process improvement.

She has a Bachelor of Materials Engineering degree and is also an MBA candidate at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
