Carola Pescio Canale is a Senior Design Manager at Dropbox, leading the Design Group for Usability and overseeing multi-year strategies for native surfaces across desktop and mobile. With a background in product design management, Carola managed a team of six designers and played a key role in defining the company's three-year strategy alongside executive leadership. Previously, Carola served as a Product Design Lead at Dropbox, enhancing the user experience through AI-driven designs, and worked at TaskRabbit and Vertical, designing impactful web and mobile solutions. Carola co-founded Paylance Inc. and Horus Technology, contributing to innovative business strategies. Carola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Genoa.
