Chelsea Russell is a seasoned professional in the apparel and fashion industry with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Dry Coolers, Inc. since May 2023, Chelsea's previous roles include significant positions at Shinola as Product Development Director and Product Manager from May 2015 to April 2023, and various leadership and managerial roles at adidas group from March 2008 to October 2014. Early career experience includes a showroom internship at Diane von Furstenberg in 2006. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Studies from Western Michigan University and completed a study abroad program in Fashion Design at American Intercontinental University.
