Cecilie Mia Nielsen

Cecilie Mia Nielsen has worked at DS NORDEN as an HR Business Partner & Head of Talent Acquisition since July 2023. Cecilie Mia also held the position of HR Business Partner at the same company starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Horten Advokatpartnerselskab as an HR consultant from August 2015 to August 2021. Cecilie Mia began their career at the company as a Student Assistant in November 2009 and held that position until August 2015.

Cecilie Mia Nielsen pursued their education in a methodical manner. Cecilie Mia began their academic journey in 2005 at Øregård Gymnasium, where they completed their high school education from 2005 to 2008. Cecilie then went on to attend Copenhagen Business School, starting in 2009. Over the course of four years, from 2009 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Philosophy. Cecilie continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Strategy, Organisation and Leadership) between 2013 and 2016. Throughout their education, Cecilie focused on fields related to business administration, philosophy, strategy, organization, and leadership.
