Ivanna Tripaldi

Ivanna Tripaldi has extensive experience in talent management and development. Ivanna currently works at DS Smith as the Talent, Performance, and Development Lead, where they are responsible for driving the talent management strategy and addressing talent development needs. Prior to this, they worked at IHG Hotels & Resorts as the Global Talent Manager and Regional Talent & Development Manager, EMEAA and Global Functions. In these roles, they supported and implemented talent management strategies, implemented changes to the performance management cycle, and performed training needs analysis. Before IHG, Ivanna worked at the British Council, where they held various positions, including Regional Talent Development and Resourcing Manager and Global Leadership Development Manager. Ivanna also worked at UK Power Networks as a Communications and Engagement Assistant and Talent & Performance Intern.

Ivanna Tripaldi's education history includes a PGDip in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London (2013-2016) and a BSc in Psychology (Hons) from Brunel University London (2010-2012). In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching (2021-2022) and is pursuing a degree in Corporate & Executive coaching from the same institution (2023). Ivanna also holds various certifications, including ESCI from Korn Ferry, Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and membership in The Institute of Leadership & Management.
