Michael Lafon II, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished People Operations Manager at Tactiq, with a strong background in talent acquisition and people operations leadership. Previously, as Talent Manager at Paymerang, Michael spearheaded recruitment efforts that resulted in the hiring of over 220 employees in two years and established a talent acquisition team and analytics dashboard to enhance operational efficiency.
