Britt Shanahan is the Head of Human Resources - Asia Pacific at DSI Underground. As a key member of the Asia Pacific Executive Management Team, Britt drives HR strategy in areas such as organizational development, talent management, change management, and training and development. In addition to their role at DSI Underground, Britt also served as an Advisory Board Member at FiveSeven Consulting Pty Ltd and worked as a Human Resources Consultant, specializing in HRM and business solutions. With a strong educational background, including an MBA in HRM, Britt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their HR roles.
