Otto Cabeza

Otto Cabeza has extensive work experience in the operations and manufacturing field. Otto has held various roles in different companies, starting with Nestlé in 1999 as a Production Engineer for Dairy, Infant Cereal, and Agglomeration. Otto then joined Rohm and Haas as a Project Engineer from 2006 to 2008. Cabeza returned to Nestlé in 2008 and took on multiple roles, including Front Line Leader, Operations Manager - Coffee and Tea Spray Dry, R&D Head of Innovation and Renovation, and Factory Manager / Contract Manufacturing Manager. In these roles, they managed manufacturing operations, directed new product development, and improved production efficiency. In 2022, Cabeza joined Firmenich as the Director Of Operations, responsible for the entire flavor Manufacturing site operations. In 2023, they became the Head of Operations at dsm-firmenich. Throughout their career, Cabeza has demonstrated strong leadership skills and an ability to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
