Renata Robles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Renata began their career as an English teacher at CNA Idiomas | Oficial in 2006 before transitioning to a role as a Guest Services representative at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings in 2006-2007. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Project Manager and Counselor at Motriz EJ - UNICAMP. In 2008, they interned as a Sales Engineering Intern at Embraer and also worked as a Trainee Consultant at IBM. Renata then served as the Director of Events at FEJESP from 2007 to 2008. Renata joined Procter & Gamble in 2010, where they held various roles including Senior Purchases Manager for Latin America MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), Senior Purchases Manager for Latin America Professional Services, Insurances and Global Benefits, and Senior Purchases Manager for Latin America Real Estate and Facilities Solutions. Renata moved on to Ecolab in 2017 as a Procurement Category Manager, responsible for the Inorganic Chemicals, Polymers, and Biocides Portfolio in Latin America. Renata then joined DSM in 2018, serving as a Procurement Category Manager and later as a Global Transformation Manager for the Digital Procurement Program for Indirect Procurement. Renata also took on the role of Business lead and PMO for Latin America SAP Ariba Implementation. Currently, they are in the position of Value Capture Lead for Global Indirect Procurement at dsm-firmenich since 2023.
Renata Robles has a diverse education history. Renata obtained a Professional Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation | Life Quality and Positive Psychology from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed a Post Graduation in Strategic Business Management at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2012-2013, and a short-term intensive course in Economics at FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras in 2011. Renata'sundergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Renata also completed their high school education at Colégio Santo Antonio de Lisboa in 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Pedagogical Preparation of the Teaching Improvement Program from the University of São Paulo in 2016.
