William Brittain

William Brittain has over 30 years of experience in maintenance and performance improvement within the energy and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Maintenance Department Performance Improvement Coordinator at DTE Energy since October 2008, William monitors and analyzes maintenance performance while providing insights and recommendations to management. Previously, as a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, responsibilities included supervising mechanical maintenance, conducting pre-job briefings, and managing direct reports. William's career began at Ford Motor Company, where roles included Preventive Maintenance Coordinator and Hydraulic Department Leader, focusing on maintenance data management and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Baker College Business and Corporate Services.
