Ahmed Alrayyes

Ahmed Alrayyes has a strong background in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Ahmed started their career in 2005 as a Media Systems Engineer at Dubai Media Incorporated. In 2007, they joined du as a Senior Director of Sourcing and Procurement, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, project management, and leadership. During their time at du, they developed and implemented procurement strategies and improved sourcing policies and processes. In 2015, they became the Chief Commercial Officer at Global Village, Dubai, where they continued to utilize their expertise in commercial operations. In 2017, they moved on to become the Chief Commercial Officer at DXB Entertainments. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sourcing, Contracts & Supply Chain at du, which they started in August 2019.

Ahmed Alrayyes completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from YU.
