Swan Si

Swan Si has 14 years of work experience in Human Resources. Swan began their career in 2002 as an HR Advisor at Wrigley. In 2006, they moved to Ciba as the HR & Admin. Manager. In 2009, they joined Novartis as an HR Manager for Development China and SP&BDL. In 2011, they returned to Tecan as the Head of HR, where they remained until 2014. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at \u9676\u6c0f\u5316\u5b66 as the Work Force Planning Manager. Swan then moved to Fosun Pharma as the Senior HR Director, and is currently the Executive Director Human Resources at Duality Biologics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Swan Si attended Southwest University of Science and Technology from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
