Becky Bausman

Becky Bausman is an experienced executive and leader in communications and marketing strategy, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Executive Vice President of Customers and Growth at Duarte, Inc. since May 2016. With a strong background in growth strategy and communications, Bausman previously held senior roles at Duarte and was a C-Level Advisor at Cunningham Collective, where expertise in guiding technology startups and established companies in marketing strategies was demonstrated. Bausman has also contributed to the corporate travel industry as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Rearden Commerce and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where leadership in product marketing led to successful growth strategies. In addition, Bausman founded The Greatest Gift Foundation, a nonprofit supporting living organ donors. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Consulting from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Journalism from Iowa State University.
