Archana Espiritu

Archana Espiritu has a strong background in change management and business consulting. Archana most recently worked at Dubai Airports as the Head of Talent Delivery & Diagnostics and prior to that, they were a Senior Manager in Competency Management at the same company. Before joining Dubai Airports, Archana worked as a Change Manager at Emirates and as a Change and Implementation contractor at HSBC. Archana also had experience as a Business Change Manager at Ashurst and as a Change Management Lead at Suncorp Bank. Archana began their career at EY, where they held the roles of Senior Consultant. Overall, Archana has a wealth of experience in managing and implementing change in various organizations.
