Khulood al Marzooqi

Khulood Al Marzooqi has a strong background in human resources and employee engagement. Khulood began their career in 2008 as an Analyst at The Executive Council of Dubai, where they worked until 2010. Khulood then joined Dubai Municipality as a Senior Officer from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they moved on to the Roads and Transport Authority as the Chief Analyst of Human Resources until 2015. Their most recent role was at Dubai Airports, where they served as the Head of Employee Engagement and Wellbeing since 2015.

Khulood Al Marzooqi pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, completing it from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Khulood obtained several certifications, including "The Healing Power of Difficult Compassion," "What to Do When There's Too Much to Do (getAbstract Summary)," "Nano Tips to Stop Overthinking with Shadé Zahrai," "How Leaders Drive Results and Resolve Conflict in a Hybrid Workplace," and "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success."
