Colin Mulligan

Colin Mulligan has a strong background in airport operations and compliance. Colin began their career at BAA as an Operations Duty Manager, a role they held for ten years. In 2009, they joined Sabre Security as a Security Consultant, where they worked on establishing airport security and providing airside risk assessments. In 2015, Colin joined Dubai Airports as the Director of Airside Operations at Dubai World Central (DWC) and also served as the Acting Head of Compliance Assurance. Their responsibilities at Dubai Airports included overseeing airside operations, updating aerodrome manuals, incorporating regulatory regulations, and producing safety cases. Additionally, Colin played a crucial role in restructuring the Airside operations team at Dubai International Airport.

Colin Mulligan attended Paisley Grammar School from 1991 to 1997. Colin then enrolled at the University of the West of Scotland from 1997 to 1999, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. No degree was specified for either institution.
