Azar Ul-Haq BSc (Hons), FRICS has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Azar Ul-Haq currently holds the position of Head - Cost Engineering at Dubai Airports since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at AtkinsRéalis from 2006 to 2019, where they held the positions of Associate Director and Managing Quantity Surveyor. Earlier in their career, they worked at Arcadis as a Cost Consultant from August 2005 to March 2006, at Turner & Townsend as a Cost Manager from 2002 to 2005, and at Arcadis again as a Cost Manager from August 1999 to July 2002. Azar Ul-Haq started their career at Stace as a Quantity Surveyor from 1997 to 1999.

Azar Ul-Haq completed their Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Quantity Surveying from Staffordshire University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In 2012, they became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Azar Ul-Haq is also recognized as a Fellow by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
