Ruba Shadid

Ruba Shadid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and development within the aviation and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance Management - Talent Management at Dubai Airports since October 2019, Ruba has previously held the position of Talent Development Lead at Abu Dhabi Airports from 2011 to October 2019, where key contributions included developing talent strategies, competency frameworks, and leadership programs.
