David Hollows

David Hollows is the VP Delivery at Dubit, a position they have held since January 2017. David is responsible for the delivery of all projects in the organisation, using a metric-driven approach to software development and continuous improvement. David has also created, implemented, and managed a change programme in the full product lifecycle and Agile development processes of the company’s engineering teams, including planning and adapting the Agile approach to best fit both the organisation and project’s needs.

As a member of the senior management team, David works alongside the CEO, CTO, and Head of Finance, and is involved in strategic planning and implementation of change programmes to set and fulfil the company’s goals. David has also played a key role in establishing the company’s values and culture. David takes a strong approach to building the organisation’s core competencies to create a competitive advantage.

David has extensive experience in resource management between engineering teams, including prioritisation and accountability for business-level decisions. David is also responsible for budget tracking and schedule management across all projects and teams, as well as reporting project progress to senior management, clients and key stakeholders. In addition, David has operational responsibilities such as project contract management; project budget negotiation; management information system design; employment contract and salary negotiations; recruitment across the delivery and engineering teams; employee engagement; finance reporting and tax submissions.

They are on a team with Anna Driscoll - Head of Research, Andrew Douthwaite - COO, WearVR, and Bryony Tate - HR & Office Manager. David Hollows reports to Ian Douthwaite, CEO & Co-Founder.
