Sangeetha Manivanan

Sangeetha Manivanan is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Ducen since March 2023. With prior experience as a Freelance Trainer at NIIT Limited, Sangeetha specialized in C2C programs and soft skills training for freshers. Sangeetha is the Founder and Managing Director of Winning Wings, having held this position from October 2018 to May 2021, and has extensive experience as a Senior Corporate Trainer at First Source Solutions Ltd from April 2015 to October 2018.
