Esteban Ramirez has over a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Booman Floral, where they developed programs to increase sales and represented the company at trade shows. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Welburn Gourd Farm Inc, where they conducted market research, developed new products, and handled web development and e-commerce. Esteban then moved on to We R Fabrics / We R Home, where they served as a Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2019. In this role, they developed strategies to promote business growth, researched new markets, and built an e-commerce website to generate leads and drive sales. Esteban also worked as the Director of Operations and Business Development at We R Home from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Esteban joined Aranelli Design as the Director of Operations, a position they held until May 2021. More recently, they became the Director of Operations at DUCHATEAU in May 2021.
