Prerna Arora

Prerna Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prerna currently holds the position of Lead Business Architect at Duck Creek Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Delivery and Architecture at Donyati from September 2020 to December 2021.

Their longest tenure was at Utica National Insurance Group, where they held several roles. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager from May 2005 to August 2020, they successfully led and delivered a large-scale transformation program across multiple lines of business. Prerna also played a key role in implementing cloud-based Data Modeler rules engine for policy pricing. Additionally, as a Technical Delivery Manager from June 2011 to July 2016, they implemented predictive analytics models and rules engines, integrating them with Policy Admin Systems. Prerna also served as an IT Applications Project Lead and a Senior Data Warehouse Developer during their time at Utica National.

Prior to their role at Utica National, Prerna worked as a Programming Analyst at Cathedral Corporation from August 2004 to April 2005 and as a Consultant at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield from February 2004 to July 2004. Prerna began their career as a Business Analyst Programmer at Special Metals in January 2000, where they worked until 2002.
