Erik Kostelnik is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a strong focus on technology and business growth. As the Founder and CEO of Postal since September 2019, Erik leads a platform that enhances businesses' gifting strategies while streamlining logistics and reducing costs. Erik serves as an advisor at Outreach and holds positions on the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review and as an investor in several companies including LexCheck, GTMfund, and Vollee. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of TextRecruit, Erik scaled the company to $20 million ARR within four years before its acquisition by iCIMS. At Wrike, Erik significantly increased revenue from $4 million to $30 million during tenure as Head of Sales. Erik's academic background includes a BSBA in Finance from Shippensburg University and a certification from MIT in Artificial Intelligence and business strategy. Additionally, Erik contributes to academic development as an Adjunct Professor at California Polytechnic State University.
