Shiloh Summers

Shiloh Summers has a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant at Shoeboxed. In 2014, they became a Sales Manager at K. Frank, where they streamlined business operations, consistently surpassed monthly sales goals, and organized and executed daily management tasks. In 2017, they moved to Trader Joe's as a Section Leader, where they trained crew members in product handling, storage, ordering, equipment operations, building displays, and product rotation, and used analytics to conduct inventory, order, and stock merchandise. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Operations Manager at Duffl, where they manage store operations and the training of over 60 associates, built and organized infrastructure to sustain 40% growth with increased efficiency, and established effective communication routes for supply chain fulfillment.

Shiloh Summers attended Holderness Preparatory School from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Ursinus College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2019, they began attending Santa Monica College, studying Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
