Marianthy Posadas Nava

Marianthy Posadas Nava has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Marianthy recently worked as a Project Director at Duke Corporate Education from 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they participated in the PowerUp Latino Business Advancement Program at Amplify Latinx from July 2022 to October 2022. At Harvard University Graduate School of Education, they served as a Partner Engagement Coordinator from September 2019 to September 2022, where they managed business-to-business portfolios for professional development programs. Marianthy was also an Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellow at Latinos for Education from September 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, Marianthy worked as a Program Associate at Jobs for the Future in 2019, and held a split position as a Fundraising and Communications Associate and Homeownership Services Counselor at NOAH from May 2018 to December 2018. Marianthy also has experience as a Partner Engagement Manager at UD Abogados, an Adult Educator and TOEFL Prep Tutor at Mundo Real Idiomas, and as an Editor In Chief and Teacher's Assistant at Gordon College. Marianthy's early experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Essential Partners, where they conducted research on student activism and facilitated dialogue in educational settings.

Marianthy Posadas Nava completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at Gordon College from 2013 to 2017. Marianthy is currently pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education Policy at American University, with an expected graduation year of 2024.
