Antwan Lofton

Antwan Lofton is the Vice President of Human Resources at Duke University. Antwan has also served as the Director of Employee Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity at Howard University & Howard University Hospital. In this role, they developed and managed the implementation of a long-range University-wide EEO Program inclusive of plans, policies, and goals in a continuing effort to achieve a positive attitude toward equal employment opportunities and to promote a work place free of impermissible discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex/gender, national origin, disability, age, martial status, and political affiliation. Antwan Lofton received their Masters from Morgan State University and their Leadership Certificate from Duke University. Antwan also attended Shaw University.
