Brooke Westphalen

Brooke Westphalen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational change. Currently serving as the Talent and Diversity Manager at DuluxGroup since April 2018, Westphalen previously held multiple roles, including People Culture and Change Manager. From January 2008 to March 2018, Westphalen worked at Minda Incorporated as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, where responsibilities included providing high-level HR advice, managing industrial relations, and implementing organizational change. Prior to this, Westphalen held various HR positions at Workskil Incorporated, Dana Incorporated, and General Motors, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in human resource management. Westphalen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Flinders University.
