Keri Elborn

Keri Elborn is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Currently a Partner at EY since April 2022, Keri leads advisory services in M&A within the financial sector. Keri also serves as an Associate Partner at The Fairtrade Foundation and holds the position of Interim Vice Chair and Board Trustee. As a Governor and Chairman of the Finance Committee at Dulwich College, Keri oversees financial performance and strategic financial planning. Previous roles include Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Strategic Advisor for a Global Hedge Fund, and Partner at Deloitte, where Keri specialized in UK and Irish banking and fintechs. Keri's earlier experience encompasses senior positions at Barclays, RSA, and GE, contributing to significant M&A execution and strategic initiatives, and began a career in auditing with KPMG. Keri holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Leicester.
