Michael Hart

Michael Hart has extensive experience in the construction and building inspection sectors. Currently serving as a Building Inspector and Building Consent Processor at Dunedin City Council since January 2017, Michael focuses on processing building consents. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Amalgamated Builders LTD from January 2000 to January 2017 as a Site Manager and Construction Foreman, overseeing the management of commercial construction sites. Michael's career began as a Carpenter at Stuart & Hayley Pre-Cutting Services from November 1991 to October 1997, specializing in the set out and construction of pre-nailed framing and the fabrication of roof trusses. Michael is an alumnus of Northern Southland College, having attended from 1981 to 1985.
