Maxim Kostyukovich has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Maxim started their career as the CEO and CIO of Zet Communications ISP, where they supervised the company's network and computer equipment. Maxim then joined Genesys Moscow as an Enterprise Systems Engineer, providing Level 3 support for their Wintel network and facilitating the migration to Active Directory.

Maxim continued to develop their expertise in information systems at Genesys Telecommunications Labs, where they held various roles, including Information Systems Engineer, Senior Information Systems Administrator, and Staff Information Systems Administrator. In these positions, they managed the EMEA region network, handled server solutions, and provided IT help desk support, among other responsibilities.

Maxim then joined Hewlett Packard as an ITO Service Delivery Consultant, where they served as the Wintel Lead for the Genesys Vertical within the Alcatel-Lucent account. Maxim played a key role in managing Wintel operations and overseeing the divestiture of Genesys IT from Alcatel-Lucent.

In these roles, they assembled and managed a global IT service delivery team, responsible for non-trading Windows IT infrastructure. Maxim also handled problem escalations and ensured the smooth operation of IT support.

As a self-employed IT consultant and translator, Maxim provided consultation on Windows infrastructure, desktop operation, and capacity planning. Maxim also offered translation services for technical documentation.

Additionally, Maxim gained valuable experience in the forex trading industry at ForexTime (FXTM), where they served as the IT Foreign Offices Team Leader and later as the IT Manager for the UK entity. In these positions, they led geographically dispersed teams and managed IT operations and facilities.

Most recently, Maxim joined Unily as a Support Engineer and later became a Senior Support Engineer. In these roles, they provided top-of-the-range, cloud-based intranet solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and mentoring junior team members. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Engineer at Duologi.

Maxim Kostyukovich earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" between 1983 and 1989. Maxim also obtained a second Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university during the same time period. In terms of additional certifications, Maxim obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in June 2021.
