Gloria Effi has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and partnerships. Gloria'smost recent role was as a Commercial Lead at Duplo (YC W22), where they were responsible for driving engagement and adoption of the company's services to scale business growth. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development & Sales Manager at Nomba, where they focused on expanding into new markets and closing deals. Gloria also has experience in product development and sales, as well as building and managing relationships in order to increase business visibility and reputation. Additionally, Gloria has held roles in business development and sales at LIBRA, Mintyn | Digital Banking, Kirusa Konnect, Ash Nelson Partners, and Tech Advance - Bus.com.ng. Earlier in their career, they worked as a business analyst at Venture Garden Group, where they were involved in cross-functional projects in various sectors.
