Alicia U.

Alicia U. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alicia is currently working as a Manager at dss+, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Alicia held various roles at DuPont Sustainable Solutions from 2018 to 2022, including Senior Consultant in the Safety & ORM practice, Consultant, and Analyst. Alicia also worked at APSYS - An Airbus Company from 2013 to 2017 as a Technical and Functional Safety Engineer, where they specialized in hazard studies and compliance with local regulations. Alicia gained experience in sales engineering in waste management through an internship at PAPREC GROUP in 2013. Alicia also had internships as a Health & Safety Coordinator at HUTCHINSON SNC in 2012 and at mairie de grenoble in 2011, where they focused on noise hazard management and risk assessment and prevention plan coordination, respectively.

Alicia U. completed their education in a chronological order, starting from 2008. Alicia began their studies at Polytech Tours, where they pursued an Integrated Preparatory Cycle in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, specializing in Sciences de la matière. This lasted from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Alicia U. moved to Polytech Grenoble, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree. Their field of study during this period focused on Industrial Hazards, Occupational Health, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). Alicia completed their studies at Polytech Grenoble in 2013.

Continuing their academic journey, Alicia U. pursued another Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2012. Their chosen field of study at NTNU was RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety). Alicia completed their studies at NTNU in the following year, 2013.

After their formal education, Alicia U. gained practical experience through their involvement with APSYS. From 2015 onwards, they participated in the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program at APSYS.

Additionally, in May 2021, Alicia U. obtained a certification titled "Building Your Leadership Skills" from Coursera.
