John O'Leary

Vice President, Global Operations Finance at Duracell

John O'Leary has extensive work experience in finance and operations. John started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1998, working in various finance roles including cost analysis, capital markets, and financial analysis management. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Plant Finance Manager at P&G Tambrands. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Finance Manager for Global Baby Care, and in 2008, they became the Finance Manager for Duracell Global Strategy and Planning. In 2012, they joined Duracell Powermat LLC as the Chief Financial Officer, where they worked until 2016. Since 2016, they have been with Duracell, first as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for North America, then as the Director and later the Vice President of Global Operations Finance.

John O'Leary completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Rider University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. John further pursued their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, during the period of 1996 to 1998.
