Victory Hicks has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2021, they worked as a Scholar at Amos Bursary. In 2022, they held multiple positions at Credit Suisse, including being an Investment Banking Intern and a Steps to Success Scholar. They also worked as an Further Mathematics Tutor at Inspire Maths Tuition. In 2023, Victory joined McKinsey & Company as part of the Future Black Leaders Program and became the Co-Head of Quant Fund at Durham University Finance Society. They also took on tutoring roles at MyTutor.co.uk. Additionally, they participated in various short-term programs at HSBC, Bloomberg, Oliver Wyman, and Jane Street in the same year.

Victory Hicks began their education in 2018 at St. John's School, where they completed their GCSEs until 2020. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Victory attended Brampton Manor Academy to pursue their A levels. Their educational journey continued at Durham University from 2022 until 2025. During this time, Victory studied Mathematics and Computer Science, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
