Partha Patel

Partha Patel, CPA, CIA, currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Dutch Bros Coffee since December 2025. Prior to this role, Partha held the same position at sweetgreen from May 2021 to November 2025. Partha's experience includes significant leadership roles in internal audit at El Pollo Loco, Inc., where Partha served as Senior Director and Director of Internal Audit from August 2016 to May 2021, and as Internal Audit Manager at PACSUN from January 2011 to August 2016. Earlier in the career, Partha worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Grubb & Ellis and as an Assurance Senior at BDO. Partha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, graduating in 2007.
