Ric Wilcher

Ric Wilcher has extensive work experience in various safety, compliance, and management roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Safety and Compliance at Dutch Valley Food Distributors Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Hupp Electric Motors and Hupp Toyotalift as the Safety Manager, Fleet Manager, and Designated Employer Representative. Ric was responsible for managing all aspects of Environmental, Safety and Health for the corporation, managing the corporate fleet, and facilitating the drug and alcohol programs. Additionally, Ric has served in the US Army as an Instructor/Writer at Regional Training Site-Maintenance (RTS-M) and as a Ground Maintenance Supervisor for a General Officer Command. In these roles, they provided technical training, supervised soldiers, developed course material, and coordinated logistical and administrative support. Ric also served as a recruiter. Ric's work was marked by their ability to revise procedures and develop metrics that resulted in improved efficiency and recognition as a Center of Excellence.

Ric Wilcher pursued their education at Columbia Southern University from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Safety and Health. In addition, they hold the certification of Demonstrated Master Logistician from SOLE - THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF LOGISTICS, INC. A/K/A SOL.
