Caitlin Lauer

Caitlin Lauer is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a robust background in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager III at Dutchie since September 2021, Caitlin has progressed through various roles within the organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Resy, American Express Global Dining Network, where responsibilities included Restaurant Success Manager and Restaurant Success Associate from June 2018 to September 2021. Earlier in Caitlin's career, roles at Foursquare included Product Support Team Lead and Product Support Team Associate from June 2016 to May 2018.
