Sarah Cleary has over 15 years of experience in customer service roles, primarily with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2008, where Sarah has held various positions including Customer Services Manager and Business Customer Service Lead. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Customer Service Associate at British Gas from July 2006 to November 2007. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sound Technology from the University of South Wales, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
