Bill Hester

Bill Hester has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bill started their career at EDS Group in 1980, where they held various positions focused on new product development, consulting, and organizational leadership. Bill then joined Integrated Computer Technologies in 1993 as the Director of Information Systems. In 1996, they moved to Whirlpool Corporation, where they held several senior management roles, including leading operations for a multi-call center organization and overseeing SAP implementation and support. Since 2017, Bill has been working at Dwyer Instruments, initially as the Vice President of Information Technology and later as the Director of IT. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer, leading the company's transformation efforts. Throughout their career, Bill has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive IT strategy and support business goals.

Bill Hester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. In 2014, they also obtained a certification as a Prosci Certified Change Management Lead from Prosci.
