Kaustubh Alegaonkar serves as the Global Head of Insurance Life & Wealth BPS Operations at DXC Technology since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kaustubh held the position of Head of Solutions for Insurance Digital Business Operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions from June 2014 to October 2021, where significant achievements included driving 5X growth in the insurance BPO practice and overseeing the establishment of the insurance practice as an industry leader through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Earlier experience at Tata Consultancy Services involved multiple leadership roles, including Regional Manager and Client Partner in Insurance BPO, focusing on Life, Annuity, and P&C business operations. Kaustubh’s career began as an R&D Engineer at PMT Machine Tools Automatics Ltd. Educational qualifications include studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
