Jan-Michael Fitz-Henry

Jan-Michael Fitz-Henry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jan-Michael began working at LSA in 2009 as a Sales Manager for Sun Life Financial. During this time, they mentored and coached undergraduate students to pursue successful careers in sales. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Sales Manager, where they recruited and developed financial advisors. Jan-Michael then became a Regional Manager from 2013 to 2015, where they provided training and support to second-line managers and new advisors. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Associate Manager, focusing on recruiting and developing candidates in the financial services industry. Jan-Michael also owned Peloton Insurance and Financial Services Inc. from 2009 to 2019, where they offered strategic financial planning solutions to clients. Jan-Michael then joined Sun Life as a Director of Advisor Business Consultants in 2019 and later became the Director of Business Builder Development from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Jan-Michael holds the position of Director of Business Development, Insurance Solutions at Dynacare, where they lead a team responsible for building new revenue, fostering B2B relationships, and identifying business opportunities in the insurance industry.

Jan-Michael Fitz-Henry attended Forest Heights Collegiate Institute from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued studies at Wilfrid Laurier University. However, no degree or field of study is specified for either educational institution.
