Prijoy Mathew Thomas

Prijoy Mathew Thomas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Prijoy Mathew started their career at THEJO Engineering Ltd as an Admin cum Site Incharge, where they assisted the Branch Manager and General Manager in planning and executing work activities. Prijoy Mathew also handled customer relationship management and personnel recruitment and training. Prijoy Mathew then moved on to Expose InfoTech India Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they played a key role in evolving new lines of business, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts for business growth. After that, they worked at Dhofar United line trading LLC (Woodland Furnishing) as a Business Development & Admin Manager, where they set targets for sales and management teams, promoted the company brand, and generated new business opportunities. Prijoy Mathew later joined Soundlines Group as a Business Development Manager, focusing on recruitment challenges in the private and public sectors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Currently, Prijoy is working at Dynamic Staffing Services as an Operations Manager, responsible for improving operational management systems and making important policy and strategy decisions. Prijoy Mathew has also taken initiative to expand the business in Romania and other European countries as a Country Head.

Prijoy Mathew Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Bharathiar University from 2008 to 2011. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the same university.
