Ilona Hol

Ilona Hol is an experienced professional in volunteer coordination and management, currently serving as the Coördinator vrijwillige inzet & stage at Dynamo since March 2022. Previous roles include Algemeen bestuurslid at Stichting Drop-Inn and various leadership positions at ViiA vrijwilligers uitzendbureau and Dynamo, where responsibilities encompassed volunteer recruitment, policy development, and team management. With a strong background in overseeing large teams of volunteers for significant events like the Cinekid Festival and the Bevrijdingsfestival Utrecht, Ilona has demonstrated expertise in coordinating volunteer efforts across multiple organizations.
