Ivania Nicole

Ivania Nicole is a Licensed Realtor with The Lux Group Inc since November 2019, bringing seven years of real estate experience to help clients navigate the journey of finding a home. In addition, Ivania serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Fashion Group International, Inc., a global non-profit organization in the fashion industry. As a Property Manager at Cottonwood Residential since November 2018, Ivania oversees property operations, while also showcasing talent as a Model and Actress with Dynasty Models and Talent Agency since April 2013. Ivania has been the Director of the Miss Central Massachusetts Pageant since February 2010, promoting opportunities for young women to achieve their goals and become community role models. Ivania earned an Associates degree in Entrepreneur from Anna Maria College between 2004 and 2007 and was crowned Ms. Massachusetts United States in 2016.
