Stephen Hopp, PMP has over 30 years of experience in the military and civilian sectors. Stephen began their career in 1990 as an Officer and Enlisted in the United States Air Force. From 1995 to 2014, they worked at the Outdoor Recreation Center as a Whitewater Rafting Trip Leader & Raft Guide. In 2014, they joined BTAS, Inc. as a Senior Director of Advisory and Assistance Programs and a Program Manager. In 2017, they transferred to DoD AF as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2019, they moved to the DOD Air Force as an Engineering Program Manager. Currently, Stephen works at Dynepic, Inc. as a Director of Programs. In this role, they manage a portfolio of DOD programs and contracts, ensuring requirements are captured, documented and implemented, and that contractual deliverables are met.

Stephen Hopp, PMP has a diverse educational background. Stephen earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between 1990 and 1999. Stephen then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2000 and 2003. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management between 2006 and 2008. In addition to these degrees, Stephen has obtained several certifications, including a Science Technology & Management II from the Defense Acquisition University in July 2020, a Systems Engineer (SPRDE) Level III from the Defense Acquisition University in July 2013, an Air Force Instructor from the Air Eduation Training Command - United States Air Force in June 2011, a Program Management Level I from the Defense Acquisition University in January 2010, and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in August 2015.
