Lee Dawson

Lee Dawson has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Lee is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Dynex Semiconductor Ltd, where they lead the strategic, commercial, and financial direction for the organization. Prior to this, they worked at Siemens as the Finance Director, responsible for leading the UK & Ireland service business and ensuring its financial performance and growth. Lee also served as a Company Director at Dresser-Rand – A Siemens Business. Before joining Siemens, Lee worked at Siemens LLC, where they held various positions including Commercial Director and Financial Integration Project Director. Lee also worked at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd as the Head of Business Administration. Lee started their career at HBS Business Services and Lincolnshire County Council. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, business integration, and commercial leadership.

Lee Dawson's education history begins with their attendance at Ancaster High School from 1989 to 1996. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.

After completing high school, Lee went on to attend Lincoln College from 2001 to 2004. At Lincoln College, they obtained an Association of Accounting Technicians degree in the field of Accounting.

Several years later, from 2008 to 2011, Lee pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at CIMA. Lee successfully completed this program and received their Master's degree in that field.

In terms of additional certifications, in September 2017, Lee obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certification from the IOSH Managing Safely Course institution.
